The copyright of the Characters belongs to Fermiumbay (hereinafter referred to as “the Original Author”). While derivative works are encouraged, please review and adhere to the following guidelines. Usage that does not comply with these guidelines may result in a request to cease such usage.

(1) Copyright Notice: The copyright of the Characters belongs to Fermiumbay. Misrepresenting the author is prohibited. Although including a copyright notice is not mandatory, if deemed necessary, please include either “©フェルミウム湾” or “©Fermiumbay”.

(2) Derivative Works: The creation of derivative works such as illustrations, comics, novels, videos, audio works, and games featuring the Characters is generally permitted. There are no restrictions, in principle, on the use of the Characters in adult-oriented works (provided, of course, that the content prohibited in section (3) is not involved). Furthermore, notification to the Original Author is not mandatory when publishing derivative works. However, you may be requested to clearly indicate that the work is a derivative in order to avoid confusion with official works.

(3) Prohibited Uses: The following uses are prohibited.

・Any expression that violates the laws or ordinances of the region where the user resides or in which the work is published, whether in Japan or abroad (e.g., laws pertaining to child prostitution or child pornography, etc.)

・Use in contexts that involve extremely violent or discriminatory expressions

・Actions that may cause confusion by misrepresenting the work as an official statement or endorsement by the Original Author

・Any act that infringes upon the rights of third parties or constitutes an illegal act

・Any other use that the Original Author deems inappropriate based on common sense and general ethical standards

(4) Commercial Use: Distribution or sale on an individual basis is generally permitted, but please contact us in advance regarding any commercial use (including large-scale sales or collaborations with companies).

(5) Disclaimer: The Original Author shall not be held responsible for any troubles arising from derivative works or their publication.

(6) Revision of Guidelines: These guidelines may be revised without prior notice. Please ensure that you review the latest version.
